DESCRIPTION:CAF WINGS OVER HOUSTON | ELLINGTON AIRPORT\, HOUSTON\nOCTOBER 14 – 15\, 2023 \nFEATURING THE USAF THUNDERBIRDS\nGates open at 8 a.m. \nNo admittance after 3 p.m. \nAERIAL PERFORMANCES BEGIN AROUND 10 to 10:30 a.m. \nWARBIRD AREA CLOSED DURING WARBIRD PERFORMANCE \nBUS FARE INCLUDED WITH TICKET- BUS TRANSPORTATION RECOMMENDED \nDue to ongoing construction at Ellington Airport\, our onsite parking will be limited again this year. For your comfort and convenience\, we recommend using a Shuttle Bus from one of the area Park and Rides listed below. We encourage General Admission ticket holders to take advantage of the FREE shuttle bus service. \nShuttle pick-up locations are: \n(Park and Ride locations are subject to change. Please check back before showtime for latest locations.) \n\nBay Area Park and Ride: 801 Bay Area Blvd. (at Feather Craft)\nFuqua Park and Ride: 11755 Sabo Road I-45. (at Sagetree)\nEldorado Park and Ride 203 W. Eldorado Blvd (west of I-45 South\, near Sam’s Club)\n \n\nPatrons should only bring necessary items and limit the size/ contents of allowed carry-in items. All bags are subject to search. \nNo drones \nNo large tote bags                           No containers or coolers \nNo pets                                             No unauthorized weapons \nNo illegal drugs                               No smoking \nNo glass/metal containers              No alcoholic beverages \nNo tents or canopies                       No cooking equipment                                   \nNo bikes\, skateboards\, scooters\, skates etc. \nNo unauthorized vehicles or carts    \nNo loose ice (Ice packs are OK) \nFood and drinks must be in clear plastic containers for quick inspection. Concession stands feature a variety of food and beverage options. Free water is available at marked trailers. Performances will produce loud noises\, smoke\, and fire. Ear protection is recommended. No consent is given\, and no authority is granted to taking or making of any photograph\, movie\, sound\, or video recording\, for any part of the CAF Wings Over Houston Airshow for any commercial purpose\, except with the express written permission of the Airshow Board of Directors. Performers and organizations appearing at the Wings Over Houston Airshow are protected by federal and state copyright laws. Any commercial use of a reproduction of their work made at any Airshow event is unauthorized and constitutes a violation of applicable law. \nAIRSHOW TICKETS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE \nIf all or any portion of the Airshow is cancelled due to inclement weather or for any reason beyond the control of the Airshow Board of Directors\, no refunds will be given for tickets\, sponsorships or vendor spaces purchased. Any monies so paid or other consideration given may be considered a tax-deductible contribution to the Airshow\, an IRS 501(C)(3) organization. Schedule and aircraft participating are subject to change without notice. No refunds will be given due to the failure of any acts or aircraft to appear or participate. Comfortable shoes and clothing\, as well as sunscreen\, sunglasses and head cover\, are recommended as there are no indoor facilities. \nThe Wings Over Houston Airshow aerial and pyrotechnical performances produce loud noises\, smoke and fire. Ear protection is recommended\, especially for children. \nTraffic leaving Ellington Airport after the Airshow is very heavy and long delays may occur. Plan accordingly. Please take your time leaving the Airshow\, and make sure you take that last restroom break before you sit in traffic! \n
