While membership in such concierge practices is expensive\, patients receive far superior and responsive healthcare. Mike Busch A&P/IA believes that such a concierge model could also succeed in the maintenance of GA airplanes and could provide vastly better and more responsive service to aircraft owners\, although it wouldn’t be suitable for everyone. In this webinar\, Mike explores how such a concierge maintenance shop might work and postulates two alternative ways that such concierge maintenance organizations might be created.
