SUMMARY:NATA formation clinic at KMCW\, Mason City IA
DESCRIPTION:Join NATA at the Mason City Municipal Airport for a Formation Clinic! \nInstruction will be available in T-6/SNJ/Harvards and Fighters (assuming sufficient numbers). We can also accommodate other types\, but please check first. \nAll NATA Formation members are welcome\, whether they seek formation proficiency flights\, formal training\, or just the camaraderie of another NATA fly-in event! \nDoug Rozendaal will be hosting us at the famous Third Thursday Burger Burn hangar for the weekend. The Mason City Airport has two paved runways (both over 5000′)\, no tower and unrestricted airspace. We will start things off Thursday afternoon with Lumpy leading the ground school starting at 3pm followed by pizza at the hangar. There will be lunches and dinners each day and they are included in the registration fee. Come eat\, fly\, and have fun with us in Mason City! \nThere will be special artwork associated with this clinic where the names of all those who have registered before May 15 will be incorporated into the clinic artwork you see above.  Be sure to register early. \nSince a Certificate of Insurance (COI) is required for every clinic (no COI-no fly)\, please alert your insurance company now if you do not already have a COI on file that will be valid for your clinic dates. With few exceptions\, a COI will cover all NATA clinics while it remains valid. It is therefore good practice to upload your NATA COI as soon as you receive your policy renewal documents.
