Notice of Annual Business Meeting and Election
EAA Warbirds of America will hold its' annual business meeting and election at 6:00 p.m., Thursday, July 28, 2005, in the Warbirds Briefing Building, Wittman Regional Airport, Oshkosh, Wisconsin. All members in good standing are welcomed to attend this general meeting.
Agenda items will include the Secretary's Minutes from the 2004 annual meeting, President's Report, Treasurer's Report, Government Affairs Report, Safety Committee Report, Member Services Committee Report, Warbird Squadrons Report, Members Open Forum, and election of directors.
The Board of Directors are elected through nominations made by the Board of Directors acting as Nominating Committee of the whole.
There is one Board member up for election in 2005, John Russman as a Class 1 Director. |
