2005 AIRVENTURE WARBIRD MEMBER ACCOMMODATIONS
The following three hotels are holding blocks of rooms for Warbird members. You will make your own reservation directly with the hotel. All of them are in Fond du Lac and we have a limited number of rooms at each hotel. Please read the information for each before making your choice as each hotel has different policies. Have your Warbird membership number ready when you call as you will have to provide it to make the reservation.

Rates are $139. to $259. plus tax. A three-night minimum stay is required, and a 24-hour cancellation notice is required. No-show or cancellation within 24 hours of the day of arrival will result in a charge of one night on your card and the release of your reservation. (This block will be expiring on Feb. 15, 2005.)

Room rate will be $142.95 plus tax. Reservation with a deposit of $161.16 must be made, and the full amount must be paid by May 1, 2005. Reservations with no deposit paid by that date will be cancelled. A five night minimum stay is required. Cancellation until May 1, 2005, will receive full refund; after that day you will forfeit your deposit.

Special event rate is $165 plus tax and your reservation must be made by May 1, 2005. A five night minimum stay between Monday and Saturday nights is required. Special rate applies to those nights only. Cancellations may be made without penalty until July 1st. 2005. On that date, your entire stay will be charged to your credit card and is considered a prepaid advance reservation; no refunds will be given for early departures. Confirmation and copy of credit card slip will be mailed to you after July 1, 2005.
